Exactly one year ago we went live with our new hub software and it worked from day one :-) . Many of the simplifications and improvements have become part of the everyday life of Cargo24's partners. Once a shipment is delivered, the corresponding delivery receipt is automatically stored in the respective document management system of the client, just like when the partner delivers it with his own truck. If something is wrong with the order data, the client receives a message for each change and can accept or reject it. All changes to a shipment are transparent and can be tracked at any time. Invoice control among each other takes only a fraction of the time it used to. And much more.
The new hub software forms the basis for our further development in the coming years.
